The afternoon tea was a real treat! The decor is so cute and fun! We are so glad we found this place and made a reservation. After driving around the Hill Country, it is the perfect stop,

The tea cottage was absolutely lovely! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have some afternoon tea. We had some delicious sandwiches and scones, filling butternut squash soup, a refreshing glass of peach cider, some yummy tea options (pumpkin and vanilla chai), and some tasty desserts. We will be back. Great service! I wish I would have taken more photos. 10/10!

Dietary restrictions: They do try and help with dietary restrictions.

My wife and I keep our RV at the Johnson Creek RV Resort down the road from the fancy Finch about 4 miles. We've passed this quite little place quite a few times. Haven't just completed a transatlantic Cruise from New York to England on the Cunard line and having experienced high tea on the high seas, we decided to drop in and try in a Fancy Finch. We did not have a reservation but no matter, we were warmly welcomed by the owner. The place is very quaint, beautiful, amazingly decorated with beautiful tables appropriately set for high tea. The price was set at $17.95 a person and for what you receive, it is well worth it. You start out with a wonderful ICE cold, Sparkling Peach non-alcoholic beverage that was just wonderfully refreshing. You had your choice of five different kinds of tea, coffee, or even iced tea if you'd . My wife had the coffee and I had the black tea, both were fresh and wonderful. If you use artificial sweeteners, they only have Stevia here and the tea was served with real cream. We then had a small Caesar salad that was homemade and delicious, but the big event was the service of the Tower of Delectables as I call them for the high tea service. There were chicken salad sandwiches on a croissant. Dainty Square sandwiches of Dill cucumber and what I thought might be cream cheese. Handmade chicken wontons, wonderfully seasoned. Scones with strawberry jam and cream, finally a square of moist flavorful iced layer cake and a fabulous fruit tart. Truthfully, the food was fabulously fresh and just plain delicious. Overall, the entire experience was just great and something that my wife and I we'll come back for it again.

This place is one of a kind. Perhaps the best kept secret in Ingram/Kerrville.

We visited the Fancy Finch on April 8th. They had offered parking along with afternoon tea to view the eclipse. While the cloudy skies were a disappointment the Tea Cottage was not! Every room is thoughtfully decorated from top to bottom. They have an amazing assortment of teapots, cups, and saucers that both provide decoration and service. The food was delicious and the people were kind. We would definitely visit again.

Parking: Parking is in front of store. I was there around noon and there were only a few spots available.

We had such a fabulous time at afternoon tea. The hosts were so wonderfully hospitable and it was such a thrill to dress up in the various assortments of hats and shawls. If you are looking for delicious tea and a tasty spread of scones, sandwiches and cakes, this is the place to be!

Such a charming little place in central Texas!

Kid-friendliness: Owners are very sweet and have fun hats/furs to (responsibly) try on during tea.

Wheelchair accessibility: Didn’t look close enough, but generally flat area.

Incredible experience. The best tea house in Texas! Family owned business who make their guests feel like home! Must try if you’re in the area, or if you make a visit to the Austin/Fredericksburg area.

Small place, big atmosphere, and bigger hearts by the people that own it. We were lucky to be able to walk in, but they do recommend reserving a table ahead of time. The food was delicious, and the tea was delightful. I definitely recommend making a reservation and visiting with family, friends, loved ones, or just to spend an afternoon out to enjoy some peace.

This is a lovely tea cottage that I’ve been to a couple of times in the last two months with friends and family. The service and food are excellent. I keep wanting to go back each month to see what new treats they’ll be serving. Never disappointed! Already looking forward to October’s menu.
