Service was a little bit slow when sitting at the actual restaurant; however, staff was apologetic after not noticing us sit down. We got the burger as well as BBQ nachos. The burger was excellent and I felt that the nachos were good but not as good as the burger. While pool side, we got a piña colada that was excellent. The prices are what you would expect for the Ritz but I felt that when coupled with the pool and resort experience, it made sense and was within what I was expecting....
I was so pampered by Omar, the front desk manager, Kim the concierge, Tolga, the room manager, Marcus, the front desk manager, Andres at the front desk. I spoke to Todd Morrow, the General Manager, who was tremendously gracious. I appreciated the valet staff, Louis, at the concierge desk and every person that I interacted with! We were tremendously pampered and so spoiled by our stay! We even had a Christmas tree in our room and wine and snacks. It was beyond our expectations....
I booked the hotel through the Four Seasons and then found out that ownership had changed. It was to be a staycation for 2 nights over Christmas when my son was visiting. I was concerned when I learned that it was now a Marriott. I spoke to Marcus, the front desk manager and he assured me that it was to be a Ritz Carlton. I have traveled the world and stayed at Four Seasons and Ritz Carltons and always have been very pleased by the high standard of service. I can't wait to...
