I was in Las Colinas early this Sunday morning for my son’s tennis tournament and desperately needed the caffeine necessary to cheer him on. It was a great excuse to check Assemble out as it had been on my radar but a bit far from home. Super cool setting in the open air lobby of Texican Court. Stu was working- great guy, good conversation and made an excellent Vanilla Cream Cold Brew. I’m normally a straight cold brew guy but definitely a great drink and one of the best creams I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area!

High quality coffee in a beautiful location! Privately run at the main entrance to the hotel - you do not have to be guests of Texican Court to get the highest quality coffee in the area! Highly recommend!

Took advantage of the only 80 degree morning in Texas in July and grabbed my iced vanilla latte and sat outside on the turf at Texican Court while my granddaughter ran around and played! Such a cool spot!

Assemble is incredible! I had the most delicious Sweet Cream Cold Brew ever. And the staff and owners are the kindest, most hardworking people! Will definitely be back!!

Stayed there on a work trip, the rooms were really nice and very clean! Front desk staff and staff at both the restaurant and bar were very nice and provided great hospitality. The food was great and the courtyards were a nice place to hangout. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to anyone!

Assemble at the Texican is the perfect atmosphere for a morning working on your computer, meeting up with friends for a delicious coffee (highly recommend the sweet cream cold brew or matcha!), or a fun place to bring your kids and explore the grounds. The atmosphere is beautiful and not overcrowded. Can’t wait to come back!
