Surprisingly good- fresh, fast , very pleasant. Simple food, god beer selection. Small menu-4 of us had different meal and all were pleased.

I had some food here a couple days ago me and my wife and a server by the name Chante was very rude. After I order my food she tried to charge me extra money for condiments and coffee. I explained to her that I already paid for it and instead of apologizing she walked away and blamed the other server which I guess was new. The food is decent but the service from this lady was not acceptable. I have spent a lot of money in this hotel but I guarantee you I will not be back.

We experienced a flight cancelation and didn't arrive at the hotel until almost 10 pm. Our group of 10 travelers were tired, hungry and pretty frustrated. We headed to the Bistro hoping for a drink and a bite to eat. Chante was beyond amazing, she fed all of us, and made sure we were well taken care of and stayed past 1130 with us. Honestly you rarely get treated as well as she treated us. Give the Bistro a try and I promise you Chante will treat you well.

We were stuck in Dallas due to weather. We were very fortunate to be able to get 5 rooms last minute at the Clarion. We went down to the Bistro late, Chante' invited us in with a smile! The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! The beer was the coolest I've ever had. Im in the restaurant business 38 years and I'm very impressed!

I always enjoy the breakfast here. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. The cornbread and honey butter is really good.
The new manager Chante provided awesome service & gave great food recommendations. It was super good, I literally inhaled the veggie burger.
