Came To Boston’s With My Wife For A Date Night And Jake Was A Huge Help To Making This Night As Fluid As Possible, He Was Very Attentive And Made Sure That We Were Always Taken Care Of. We Will Definitely Be Coming Back Again Soon For Another Night.

Had I not washed my hands 5 mins before I came and used the men's room before I ordered, I would have never ordered food. I have been in gas station bathrooms that were cleaner. Food was good as well as service. As someone who grew up in the restaurant business, if your restroom is that dirty, what does your kitchen look like. This Manager should be ashamed of themselves.

Gourmet microwave food, nasty. Beans on the nachos looked green, cheese looked like the nachos had been under a warmer for 20 minutes, and they weren't even warm. Nasty, just can't anything good to say about this place, even the the music had 2 live crew playing, seriously wow.

Went in on a Saturday late afternoon. Ordered appetizers and beer the bacon wrapped steak with a blue cheese sause and also their signature nachos. Well let's start with the bacon steak wraps the sause was flavorless a side ranch would of had more flavor , now the nachos were disgusting worst we have ever had. Everything came Luke warm the cheese on the nachos was that cold melted look when our waiter sat them down. We saw him total times three when sat down took my drink order then brought it took food order someone else brought the food .I had to go ask the hostess for the check . Never asked how things were or if we wanted another drink . Now it was not that it was busy ,four tables total. Six people total in the dining room . We left did not stay and order a meal .

I’ve been here twice and both times I was blown away by the service. Alexis kept my cup full (I’m a fast drinker) and helped us navigate the menu items and made recommendations for those in the group that had trouble choosing! She provided the kind of service, with a smile, that makes you want to come back for.

We've been going here for years and getting great service and food. Last night was different. Chris absolutely rushed our party. While we were still in the process of ordering, he would walk away from us. It was bizarre and rude. We all still tipped you well, but man, none of us felt like you deserved it. I don't think being a server is your thing.
