This is a decent BK location. Nothing wrong with it or the team members. It's never been too busy while I'm there to take more than ten minutes to place an order and usually in less than ten I'll get my order, too.

I went in and noticed the lobby was very clean and as soon as I went up to the counter I was greeted very nicely and was asked to order. Once I got my whopper meal I noticed the food was very hot and fresh.

I have really been impressed with this location. I frequent during lunch hours. The fries are always fresh and crispy. The crew is always warm and respectful. The food is ready in a timely manner. Today, however, I was really disappointed to see one crew member, handling front counter, cooking, AND drive thru on her own. I think her name was Ysalla. But kudos to her because she was respectful and kind the whole time dealing with grumpy hungry people while managing an entire store...
