Burger King's drive-thru it takes so long Chick-fil-A you can have 10 people in the Drive-Thru and you'll be out there quicker than you would in the Burger King drive through.

Be careful during lunch hour, they always try and rush you to order. Today I ordered 3 meals and was only given 2! The drinks were the only thing correct. Please I know it’s rush hours but pay close attention to detail when providing service!

I pulled up to the speaker to pick up my mobile order and sat for close to 5 if not more minutes with no one letting me know it might be a wait. I said “hello” 2 or 3 times and no response. After that long wait I got annoyed and pulled up to the second window. The guy with the ponytail is just laughing and joking and after a minute opens the window and asks what I need. I said I have a mobile order then he had the nerve to get an attitude with me and pointed and said “you should have told me back there” while not even looking at me and I didn’t say what was on my my mind but that stops today. I’m gonna start putting people in their place. He had no right to get pissy with me when HE was the one who didn’t do HIS job. Despite my annoyance I was still kind to this man and he wasn’t very friendly at all. I’m not coming back to this BK. ?

This makes two times I have came to this burger king.Both times I was told I have no order at this store both times they were wrong!!! Both times the food was just thrown together! The only one who spoke English was the manger!!!! I never knew you could get a job dealing with the public and didn't speak English!!!! WOW!!!

AVOID THIS RESTURANT!!!This Location is a SCAM!!!!I ordered 2 chicken wrap and it was drive thru order and when I got home and opend the package they used a CHICKEN SANDWITCH PATTY and made it half and put it on my to wraps!!! It was cold and smelled bad. I literally had to throw it out. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE TAKE DOWN BY food safety department. I already filed a complain. AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO BUY POISON OVER HERE!

Went to this location yesterday. Ordered in the app; supposedly we're supposed to get our food faster since we order in the app. Such a disgusting experience to have the person there who's on the counter working completely ignore people there not even say hi. Waited for 20 minutes, I finally had to say "can you please give me my order I ordered in the app about 20 minutes ago", he says oh yes here it is and hands me my food. Of course by this time it's not hot food anymore.

This Burger King did not have toilet paper in the ladies restroom and it was obvious that the workers had brought in napkins from the dining area into the bathroom because there were napkins on the floor so it’s pretty obvious they were aware of the lack of toilet paper. Avoid this place all together. If they don’t care that there’s toilet paper in the bathrooms, then who knows how disgusting the kitchen is.
