This, I will say, was surprisingly delicious! I have never in my life been to a Champps. I was quite disappointed when a guest for the meeting selected the place. However, when I arrived, it was clean and nice and upscale-casual, if you will. Haha The waiter was nice as well and have is great suggestions. When I received my food it was very very delicious. I was quite pleased. The flavors were there and the portions were very good. I was extremely full afterwards! This will be a place I would visit again when next I am in Dallas.

Went last night, nobody in the restaurant. Server came and took our drink order, finally brought them out 10 mins later. We ordered our food, that too took forever. Our server never checked up on us, never got a refill on our drinks. We had to wave our server down because she was too busy sitting down and watching TV. Food was mediocre at best. There was a large roach running around by our table. I'm a server myself, so I still tipped more than 20% but this was ridiculous. I won't be back.

I visited on today and had lunch with a coworker. We were greeted immediately and seated. Our server acknowledged us and took our drink orders. My coworker ordered the chicken quesadillas and I selected the cheeseburger sliders with fries. Both lunch specials were really good. We had a short wait time and food was served hot. The mile high pie was amazing. Yummy

Hard to decide what to order! The selection is pretty large. Onion Soup is great. Shrimp tacos are wonderful. Prime rib sliders are yummy.

Our recent experience to celebrate my wife's birthday was so unbelievably bad that one might think we made it up. It all started when we walked in the door and did not see an employee in sight. This was Saturday afternoon about 12:30pm. After waiting for about 2-3 minutes with no staff in sight, I entered the dining area and saw a person coming toward me. They apologized and stated that they did not have a hostess that day but we we advised to sit anywhere. After taking our seats at an open booth, we placed our drink order followed by our meals. I couldn't help but notice that the waitress did not write anything down but I tried not to draw any conclusions. Shortly thereafter our food was delivered to the table and it was not as ordered. This was only the beginning. As our ordered was eventually corrected we began eating only to find a small hair on one of the nachos, near the middle of the serving. We then laughed as we overheard the same waitress had also failed to accurately deliver what they had ordered. We were so ready to leave that we ordered our dessert to go and paid our bill. Before leaving, the food expitider came over to ask how things were and we quickly explained not great but since we are regular customers. She then informed us to enjoy our FREE dessert; however ours was not free because our waitress charged up. Apparently during Winter birthday months they offer this particular dessert for free to anyone celebrating a birthday. After returning home to eat our desert in peace, we could not help but notice there was something stringy within the pie. I could not believe that my wife found 2 pieces of what appeared to be a plastic like covering with in the pie that was placed in our to go box. This experience could not have been made up, it felt like we were being punked. Unfortunately, no one came around the corner to let us in on the joke. We used to love going to Champps but I think we will reconsider before returning.

My wife and I were at Champps for a group meeting for a charity event. The room was comfortable and the staff did very well keeping up with a group of 50 to 60. Food was decent and I marked the rating down a star for the average margarita (all ice). Overall it was an enjoyable evening and I recommend eating at Champps!

I've been eating here for years and have always enjoyed their food. Unfortunately I've been quite disappointed with my meal these past few times. I had the wagyu burger tonight. The taste was off. At first I thought it was the wilted old arugula so I took it off. In the end I think it was the meat. Fingers crossed I don't get sick.?

This place is certainly one of the finest place to eat in the region. Whenever I come to this place I am very happy. They always keep their very high standard service and the highest level of food they give. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
