Chipotle Mexican Grill

The female with all the damn blush on her face has the NASTIEST attitude. She gave the lady in front of me plenty of extra protein with no charge. I ask for extra steak and she gave me TWO pieces of steak. I ask for a little more she asked did I want double. Every time she rings me up, she over charges me. Anytime I’ve paid for a bowl or burrito it’s $12. But when she rings me up it’s $16. She always skimps on food. She has the most ugliest energy. Not sure why she’s even employed there or how she got the job in the first place.

Someone needs to explain to the team members that cleaning up behind themselves, when theybwaste food and not just leaving food laying down the food service line shows cleanliness

This location continues to have more and more problems keeping ingredients available. On several occasions I’ve showed up before dinner and been told they’re out of fajita veggies. On top of that, the last promo they ran, they were out of fajita veggies AND cheese less than 30 minutes in. I’d say it was only due to the promo, but based on previous experiences, they clearly have an inability to order the correct amount of food to keep their business running a full day. It’s either that or the employees are too lazy to cook more vegetables. I guess I’ll start going to one of the other Irving locations since I never have this problem there.

I visit 3 different locations quite often. This one is by far the lowest on meat quantity. Used to be ok but the last 3 months gone downhill badly. Never coming here again that’s for sure.

Out of meat at this location and doesn’t close until 10:45pm. What a waste of time to drive to this location. Why are you out of meat a hour before closing? Update came back again today Dec 3 and this location is out of meat once again at 6:16pm

I come in this particular restaurant very often since moving on this side of town & not one time has my experience been pleasant. The frontline staff always seem to be upset, attitudes terrible & just rude.

Ordered the kids build your own tacos… have recently ordered a side of cheese, fresh tomato salsa, and a side of sour cream in the very recent past at a different location, for .50 each… They charged $1.60 per side… $1.60 for a small side of either of them is shameful. And what’s even crazier is, the little containers weren’t even full.

Today the meat was all dried out. And the 2 slivers of vegetables they had left were black and wilted. Not a good day for them.

Freebirds better

Normally I have to complain about how my food was made but tonight it was made correctly. I will definitely be coming back to this chipotle because of Michelle. She was very patient and kind to me and my husband. We have always complained about our food because nobody would make it correctly but Michelle did. Thank you Michelle

This restaurant has gone downhill badly. I ordered a meal today — the chicken was cold and undercooked, and the rice was hard. Every time the manager is there, the food is great, but when he’s not, it’s always bad. I don’t recommend this place unless they improve quality and cleanliness.

I understand why this location has so many low reviews. The customer service here is terrible. The portions are small asking for more is a problem . I am not sure if she is manager but the young lady with the long braids has an unpleasant demeanor about her from my experience. I will not be back

2 hours before closing and they’re out of white rice and not making any. Guy in the cooking area was already cleaning the grills. This chipotle is always out of something and refuses to make food even though they’re nowhere near closing time.

Carne asada on point!!!!! Love that red sauce as well to compliment the dish
