Crumbl Cookies in Irving is always a great stop for a sweet treat. The cookies are warm, fresh, soft, and delicious. The rotating menu keeps things exciting every week. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and kind. One staff member provided excellent service, being proactive about getting cookies in the warmer. Another staff member prepared cookies expertly and to perfection, even accommodating a small special request. The cookies and cream cookie was really good, and the brownie batter cookie stood out as the perfect exemplification of a chocolate brownie in cookie form. The cheesecake cookie was also handled with care. The whole place has a welcoming vibe, and the store is clean. It is a consistently enjoyable experience, and a great stop for a sweet treat.
