Placed an order of 3 bowls for pickup through Uber eats and on one of them I wanted guacamole on the side however the Uber eats doesn’t have the option to add a note. Right after placing the order I have entered the store and asked the person fulfilling (Shanelle) requesting to give the guacamole on the side, however she doesn’t want to care and told she will do the order the way it was placed and will not changed, asked me go sit and she will call when the order is ready. She went ahead filling the order putting the guacamole within the bowl. Not sure why this person has such an attitude I feel like people like her are not suitable for customer service jobs like food industry. Managers should train these types of workers. I go to this store many times from work as well as from home. Overall I am very disappointed the way she handled my order.
