When I go in to order the food is good. Last 3 times I've place an order through the app the food is terrible. I always get the tacos I asked for veggies I had 1 piece of bell pepper on 1 taco. Next time I ordered steak I got 2 on each taco. Today half the middle tortilla was folded, and there was so much liquid ( maybe watery salsa not sure) that part of the tortilla stuck together and ripped. I love chipotle, I liked the atmosphere at this place, but what I didn’t like is service, I saw a guy sweating while serving the food. I don’t wanted my food to-be served by him. Maybe he is new and on training. Earlier I saw the meat fallen in veggi stuff which is not good for vegetarians. And one last thing no one was looking at trash ?️ it was about to fall out.Please guys work on it. Thank you!

They constantly leave out items on pickup orders. Always short handed, they are always out of something or another, sometimes utensils. Not sure who is managing this place but piss poor and it's sad considering such a prime location.
