I could not wait to get home from Dallas to write a review of this wonderful restaurant. HUGE KUDOS to the owner Craig Vaught! His personall attention to our evening made us feel like a "king and queen." He chose 3 wines to pair with 3 of his appetizers. Fabulous place in Irvin with Mediterranean influence and great French And Italian wines. I’ve loved everything I tried. Proprietor Craig has put his heart and soul into this place.

Couldn’t say enough great things about the new Copper and Vine in Las Colinas! It has a great a outdoor patio, and is right next to Mi Cocina! The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic!! I can’t wait to go back!
