I was doing a drive thru order and the person on the microphone was so rude and bad attitude, attention really poor, So sad to have this type of stuff who make us to have to cancel my kids order, if she doesn't like her work she should be look for something us and no be there, I was there 10 min ago and I don't know how to explain how sad I feel about it! So bad service

Today I went and a grinita who is there with tattoos since she arrived we have received bad treatment she has a bad Jenio every time we go and I have been going to that same dunkin for years and she has never treated me that way all the other people who were there before received tips from me and my family but that new woman even closes the window hard at the door when we ask for sugar oh something extra I will never go there again it is a shame to be treated that way after always going to that place.

The manager or team lead there (with green hair) has a terrible attitude. She seems to get frustrated at the other employees and doesn’t have any good customer service skills. We have seen this behavior many times from her because we go there regularly so it’s not just a one time event. Today they prepared the wrong beverage and she seemed to be annoyed that she had to remake it. All the other employees seem really nice though.

There is a reason why the Starbucks down the road from them is way more busy, the last time I came here like 7 months ago I got two cups of coffee with grounds and they were rude back then. Thought it might have changed and nope just as rude if not more. No wander they’re never busy.

Who in the world hires these people this is my last time coming to this location the shift lead in the afternoon doesn't know how to do her job at all I placed a mobile order 10mins before I get there and then had to wait another 10mins for my order what's the point of placing ahead if it won't be ready? This is the 3rd problem I've had with that same shift lead and I put complaints in and no one reaches out no manager or anything. The worst DUNKIN ever makes no sense.

The staff is literally a group of kids who does not give you the order you asked for. Hashbrowns were dark and hard and they forgot my sugar in my coffee. Do kind you I ordered 2 cups of coffee. First and last time for me. Never again.

Looks like they hire just about anyone here. The person at the drive thru looks like they have not taken a shower in years and also looks like she might be addicted to something. You can’t have a person like this handling people’s food, it’s a health concern.

I always get the same drink (large iced match latte with 2 shots of espresso) and I’ve never paid anything over $7. So I was ordering from the drive thru and the total was $7.23 so I was ok with it but then when I got to the window they told me I had to be $10.23.. I was in shocked and just paid without saying anything and I when I looked at the receipt they had fees that I never knew was a thing.. Never going back! $10 FOR A DRINK?! I get the same thing at Starbucks and pay only $6 for the drink…

The new assistant general manager took my order and I was super impressed with her customer service. A lot of people tend to write bad reviews when they’re upset about something, but never when they’re happy about something. Just had to shout her out. I couldn’t tell if I was at Dunkin or Disney… this young lady truly made my day! Drink and food items were great as well. I’ll definitely be back.

Horrible service this morningManager was telling her employees not to touch anything, she seemed super frustrated and I get it busy morning but that is no way to talk to the employees which they wanted to help to get the line going. Secondly my order was completely wrong when I got home and sipped my coffee and looked at the order paper attached smh!I hope corporate reads this and emails me.

I think this place is run by drug addicts. I can never pick up a pre order without issues even if it's as simple as a signature item iced caramel crazed latte. They're so dumb on what coffee is don't ask them for blonde coffee choices cause the IQ isn't there. The one with the scabs on her face is beyond nasty. If I were head quarters I'd be worried about this location and how it's run. I'd never let my kids work there knowing how the management is. It's been almost 2 weeks buisness wise on me reaching out to their Corp HQ over the rudeness lack of safety and just absolute worst buisness in Irving I've seen in a minute..at least a refund and a fake apology could maybe make my mind open to going back in the future but they can't even do that it seems. Way to go irving !
