There are a few small ways this store puts performance metrics above customer service & quality. 1, donuts barely have frosting. Go to any local donut store, and you'll get a proper donut/frosting ratio. Why skimp on a few cents of frosting? 2, making drive thru customers park in handicap to keep the drive-thru timer short. There are not many Dunkin's in the metroplex. This location is ok for a drive up order. I usually place my orders on the app. I have noticed they are heavy handed with the syrup pumps so I always modify my drinks with half the suggested pumps of sweetened flavors for the size. It works for me so my drink is not overpowered by syrup.

Went to Dunkin to try the new DunKing menu. Dory hooked me up with a cinnamon vanilla coffee it was so good. Also wanted a mango pineapple refresher with lemonade but they don’t offer that anymore so she helped come up with an alternative!
