Me and my daughter went to Gloria’s yesterday 5/29 . Our Server was named Edgar M and he was Outstanding! Great customer service, fast, and so well mannered, he always responded with Yes Ma’am 😊 , offered my daughter different food options to help make decision for her meal. He came back with out asking to refill my sweet tea and asks if it was anything else we needed.. loved that If you happen to visit this location in Las Colinas, ask for Edgar M!

Have been here multiple times for brunch and lunch. Good quality food that tastes great and efficient service. Gloria's is a Latin cuisine restaurant, but it has TexMex options. They do steak and grilled meats and seafood really well with good flavor. The carne asada and the salad options with grilled steak were the big hits with our group. And save room for dessert - the churros were good, too.
