From the moment we walked in, Manager Wayne made us feel truly welcomed — like we were visiting a friend or family member instead of just stopping for lunch. We weren’t sure what we wanted, but he took the time to guide us through the menu and even added his own witty twist to the food options, which made the experience fun and easy.
The combination of his warmth, humor, and genuine care created a comfortable, family-style vibe that you just don’t find everywhere. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and thanks to Wayne, we left not only full but smiling.

I ordered online for delivery to a four day event held near the Irving, TX deli twice this year. The first time was in February and I got great feedback from the attendees and was told to order from them again.
This week I had 6 more online catering orders set for delivery. Due to an order processing glitch with rewards the online orders were failing to process correctly. I panicked a bit cause I’m in MN and figuring out a solution was going to be a challenge. Wayne at Jason’s Deli reached out to me to assure me the orders were being delivered on time as requested and explained why the online processing was failing. He was proactive in correcting the issue for the remaining orders and even emailed the next day to confirm the everything was being delivered as requested. Since I’m not personally at the event to know first hand, I really really appreciated the communication and reassurance the all is running smoothly as planned. I am VERY appreciative of Wayne and his commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

I love this location, close to my office, always very clean, and the staff is always super friendly, always a great experience. Alex has helped almost every time he is always is working and always extremely nice. I found out he is a manager on my last visit, that is amazing he works so hard and you can tell he takes great pride in his work and restaurant. He works harder than anyone. Thanks so much! Alex

I am a big fan of Jason’s Deli in general, but this location knocks it out of the park for corporate catering! Sooooo many choices of great food that you could utilize them for catering every day of the week with something different. Friendly managers and delivery drivers bringing yummy, high quality food. Give ‘em a try! They won’t disappoint.

Never fails for good fresh food and good portions.....definitely pricey but well worth the price...I've looked forward to every experience at the Las Colinas location for over 15 years.....amazing very high quality everything....definitely try the all you can eat salad bar and definitely look forward to the amazing free authentic vanilla soft serve ice cream for free with every purchase... Recommendations New York Yankee, Sargent pepper, all you can eat salad bar, French dip, all the soups and pasta dishes will definitely make you come back....😉

Much better experience buying a gift card this year than last year. The person at the counter might be new but was very friendly. Will probably see me a lot in the new year.
Dietary restrictions: They adapt to most dietary restrictions, but it might be easier to order what you want and make your needs clear in the app.
Parking: There's usually a lot of empty spots once you get right in front of the restaurant. Because of the location there's a lot of traffic sometimes getting in and out of the lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Looked like wide aisles and a low service counter. No booths. Decent bathroom access. Salad bar might be hard to see everything, but I'm sure they will assist if you want.
I really enjoy this place. The waitress that serve us is very pleasant and nice. Great attitude her name is Emily. I recommend this restaurant always.

On my last 2 lunch orders, my potato was very dry. I called and spoke to a manager and was told that the baked potatoes are fresh when the delivery service for my office picks them up, so he suggested perhaps I need to double up on extra butter, which costs extra
