Much better experience buying a gift card this year than last year. The person at the counter might be new but was very friendly. Will probably see me a lot in the new year.
Dietary restrictions: They adapt to most dietary restrictions, but it might be easier to order what you want and make your needs clear in the app.
Parking: There's usually a lot of empty spots once you get right in front of the restaurant. Because of the location there's a lot of traffic sometimes getting in and out of the lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Looked like wide aisles and a low service counter. No booths. Decent bathroom access. Salad bar might be hard to see everything, but I'm sure they will assist if you want.

On my last 2 lunch orders, my potato was very dry. I called and spoke to a manager and was told that the baked potatoes are fresh when the delivery service for my office picks them up, so he suggested perhaps I need to double up on extra butter, which costs extra

Wow. Rediscovering this Jason's has been a joy. Rueben sandwiches that taste good have been hard to find, but this one hit the spot. I enjoyed the 1/2 pound of hot corned beef or pastrami, Swiss, sauerkraut, 1000 Island, marbled rye.
And -- talk about extraordinary customer service -- after we went back to our car for a moment, an employee brought our to-go sandwiches to us. His name: Kalani.
When you think of a brand, it often comes down to a few stories you remember. In this case, Jason's benefits from strong leadership which has hired and developed motivated employees. At least based on my experience and a quick look at some of the existing reviews.
