Just walked into to go order door to place five to go orders stood at the go order side the guy waited on two other people before me. You just lost out and I probably won't ever go back I just spent a little over $125 at Jimmy John's just down the street.

Came tonight and was greeted by Valeria R. I was impressed because lately customer service has sucked . She even saved me a couple bucks by reminding me of my membership. Food fresh and l got my hands on the beef stew before its off them menu Sweet Deal!!!!

I ordered two manager special meals on DoorDash so the Dasher showed up without my two drinks that we were only given the choice to order in a 32 ounce at $3.99 apiece so I called the store because it’s up to them to make sure the Dasher has my order in full when he walks out the door and they blame the Dasher for not telling them that I had two drinks. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Very argumentative with me and refused to take accountability for their mistake. I order here often, but I will never order there again extremely disappointed.
