Was in such a great mood when I came in to grab several sandwiches for the family. Mr Mikal made my day!!! Great greeting, excellent knowledge of the sandwiches, and wonderful since of humor. Thank you Jimmy John's for still believing in customer service.
The poor guy was the only one working but was very apologetic for the wait. I told him no big deal , ended up ordering online and told him I would run the store quick and come back. He included two free dessert items for the inconvenience.
I can appreciate someone trying to repair the slow service, I am sure it is not his fault that someone clearly did not show up for their shift.

Hadn’t been to JJ’s in a long time so I popped in to give it a try. Mediocre as I remembered.
It’ll do in a pinch, but there are much better sandwich shops unless you want fast > quality and flavor.
