EVERY time I come my chicken is NOT fresh even though I ask for fresh chicken. I ordered in drive thru and they didn’t give my drink then when I called they kept hanging up in my face and then they took the phone off the hook! I’m pissed so I’ll be calling corporate TODAY!!!

I decided to give a try to KFC one more time, 10/02/2023, 3:50pm, “BUT”This place is the same.I went inside, try to use the restroom to wash my hands, restroom was locked or someone was inside, I asked for #8 3pcs dinner, I ask for the fresh chicken they had, (l don’t mind waiting), the guy was polite he started making my order and handed to me.When ready to enjoy my dinner, noticed that the chicken leg it was over fry and hard to chew.Then I ask the young lady at the register to change the chicken leg for a fresh one.She handed me one chicken leg that it looks like comes out from chicken soup bowl, all soggy, and told me that they don’t have no more.Told her to serve me one just like the picture they’re advertising, her answer,CHICKEN NEVER COME OUT LIKE THOSE THEY ADVERTISED on THOSE PICTURES.Is she kidding?Just because they don’t know how to make chicken (kFC style) that doesn’t mean that it can’t come out like REAL KFC chicken.I give up, No more KFC chicken.Next time I want fry chicken, I’ll do it myself.Crispy and juicy, and cheap.I could buy a whole chicken for the price I pay for 3pcs.

The girl that took my order was very rude charge me $40 for Fill up Box I order some side she gave me small smashed potatoes when I ask for Large. So upset because if they hate their job why not look for another job instead of giving people wrong orders.

The food here is good. It is hot and taste fresh. The issue I have is that they will not allow anyone to use the restroom. They have both restrooms locked with a sign that says employees only. I have seen them turn away a mom and her kid who asked to use the restroom.
