It is a little small place that the menu is large on the wall I generally always get a number 42 which is a fruit and vegetable cup everything is fresh I get a little chamoy and Tajin added.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! I’m newer to the area and have been searching great bionico, stopping at 4 different businesses within a few months. I unexpectedly found this gem on a Sunday. The Best atmosphere, Best customer service and staff, AND FOOD! You’re my spot as long as I’m in Irving/Las Colinas! Thank you ladies!! Make them your first choice!

I visited the store today to purchase a corn and a milkshake. After receiving my order, I noticed that the shake tasted more like flavored milk rather than what I had originally requested. I approached the cashier and politely asked if it could be remade.

The cashier examined my cup, rolled her eyes, and stated that she could make another one, but it would not be free since the drink was almost finished. I want to clarify that I was fully prepared to pay for a new shake, as my intention was simply to receive the correct item.

During this interaction, the cashier also told me that I did not need to give her an attitude, despite the fact that I remained respectful throughout the conversation. I found this response to be unprofessional and unnecessary.

As a customer, I value respectful communication and quality service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.
