Maki Boy used to be a hidden gem and literally my favorite sushi joint. Today, it is mediocre at best. They still offer soft shell blue crab rolls at premium prices on their menu but was informed they use shrimp tempura inplace of the crab now, but do not adjust prices to reflect that change...not cool and seriously over priced 👎. Amazingly delicious, Great Customer Service, and Affordable Prices. Best Korean Japanese Fusion Restaurant in the DFW area. They offer the best culinary experience at the best price. They somehow defy the hyper inflation. Many of their most popular dishes cost less than a value meal at my local McDonald's. Fresh sushi, sashimi, udon, K BBQ, and many more. You will love this Cozy wonderful restaurant.
I’ve been to the other Maki Boy in Irving, so I know their food is good. The one in Las Colinas has more limited hours but the same great food and great place for a quick lunch or early dinner. Food is tasty and hard to find good sushi at a more affordable price. The soft tofu stew really hit the spot on a chilly day.
