Absolutely shameful. This place FIRED their associate just for exercising his freedom of speech. Instead of supporting their employees and respecting basic rights, they silenced him and threw him out like he didn’t matter. Any company that punishes someone for having an opinion shows their true colors — controlling, intolerant, and unprofessional. If this is how they treat their staff, I wouldn’t trust them with my business either. I will never waste my time or money at this place again.

Premade dough from domino’s was better than what we received today. And it took longer because they forgot to give the driver our soda with our pizzas. Yall want to put dominos outta business than do better.

Yesterday I placed an order at this location. I assumed it would be just as good because I use to order from the arlington location. Theyre service and quality of the food is exceptional. But not this location. I was very disappointed the bread was hard the pizza wasnt fresh at all. I wont be ordering from here ever again. All it takes is 1 time for me.

Tonight I was working on a presentation and didn't have time to cook. My cousin had told me about Marco's Pizza so I decided to order. Good decision. Professional, courteous employee answered the phone and told me about the specials. Ordered a pizza with a cauliflower crust and Italian sausage with green pepper. So good. Highly recommend you visit.

I had been seeing commercials for a long time (years) and I finally found a location in Irving. I went online and placed my order. I chose curbside from the option on the website and input my vehicle info. I drive to the store and clicked “I’m here” waited and waited and waited finally going into the store to be told my pizza had been ready for all of that time but they don’t do that anymore. I was handed a cold, old pizza and told it was my problem. I went home and tried to contact Marcos and that is almost impossible. The receipt has my name, number, curbside and the vehicle description. They could have at minimum called the number to inform me that isn’t an option although it was definitely an option Marcos website gave me and Dominos still offers it so I had no idea it was a “COVID” thing like the counter help informed me. Bad service makes your food taste bad even if it was hot and fresh. Sadly it was NOT. First time and possibly the last since it’s my fault they offer a service they don’t fulfill. I am getting nowhere with the store and this store is not on the map to choose address to complain higher 4070 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75038 How to I get anywhere when it’s not on the drop down location? Fed up. Hazmom at att dot com you look me up and contact me. *mad and frustrated.
