I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to McAlister’s Deli today. It’s been a while since I’ve been. Wanted some soup and my daughter mentioned McAlister’s. I agreed and we Witt the one in Irving. I had frequently visited the one in Texarkana. Had forgotten how good the food was. Had the Broccoli Cheddar Soup with a Reuben sandwich. The soup was hot and hit the spot. I reviewed a few years back and there was a response that I did not follow up on....oops. The food, considering the good prices, is really good. I usually order online and they usually do a good job here in Irving. This time they forgot the chips that I ordered and no pickle spear for my half Reuben.

Great customer service! Me and my group came in with 30+ people in line. The wait was short and our food was brought out SUPER fast. Staff were nice and frequently checked in on our needs. Food was delicious and all orders were correct.
