order a quarter pounder meal that was raw and a 4 pc chicken nuggets for my co worker and they were cold
Today I made a mobile order on the McDonald’s app for a sundae and coffee at 5:32. After 20 mins and noticing the line was getting hectic I walked in to the McDonald’s inquiring about my order. I greeted the lady and express to her that I had made an order for curbside pickup and came in to pickup . I just went through the drive thru and Steve was my cashier. EVERY TIME I get him - he always has the BEST ATTITUDE. He asks how you are doing and takes the time to speak to you. Today I got a little dance and he reminded me that we always have time to laugh and choose joy. HE DESERVES A RAISE. And if he is NOT management, he needs to be. He is what customer service is supposed to be. Go visit him! It will make your day! Thanks Steve! Keep up the great work! ☺️⭐️

McDonald's is a good place to eat with fast service and excellent food. The staff is friendly and efficient, making it one of the better locations. The owner of this franchise store should be honored to have such a polished crew. The front counter, drink station, tables and chairs were all spotless and the restroom was pristine. However, some improvements are needed in addressing customer confusion with phone orders and the hours listed are confusing. The parking lot is small, but usually has available spaces and there is adequate parking space. Just be cautious when walking across the drive-thru lane. Although the staff sometimes mishandles drink cups and can be a little slow on the service, overall, this McDonald's is an enjoyable spot to grab a quick meal like a hamburger and french fries or a steak, egg, and cheese bagel.
