You guys gotta pull the franchise agreement at mco orlando airport…. They are killing the brand. I would be pissed if I was one of the other on the borders around orlando and this one was allowed to hurt the brand.

We (work lunch group) have been going to this location for 19 years (every wek) and for the past several years, we went there every Wednsday for Lunch Chicken Fajitas Special. We found out today, that the Wednesday lunch special is no longer offerd, therefore we are done with this place. We were tolerating the dirt and ongoing construction. We even toleratated the occasional roach walking on the floor. The main reason for our satisfaction was the waitress (Evelynn) who always treated us very well, however the constant price increases and portion side reductions finally reached the tipping point. It's said to see how this once before great restaurant (35 yars ago), is now going down so fast. Shame on the management. Thank you.

The manager Net at On The Border in Desoto put me out after not hearing what was said or even tried to correct the problem,. Aloe the GM didn't have much to say after she called us both together. The problem was not resolved and i kept asking them to roll back the cameras. The manager Net was very sarcastic and was shaking her head at the end of the conversation like it was ok that i was angry. I told them, this would not be the end of the conversation and I wasn't satisfied. The GM again never said a word or didnt try to make it right. Waiting on a response from Corporate. Thanks

My family I visited the Morse Crossing location in Columbus Ohio. The food was terrible after waiting almost 40 minutes. My husband who is highly allergic to seafood ordered a burrito with steak and chicken and received shrimp. My fajita meat was dry you couldn't chew it. The black beans and rice were so cold and hard. We will never visit On the Border again.

Last night I meet a friend that came In from out of town We went to on the border. We have been going to this on the border In Mesquite TX since it opened. The service sucked our waitress stayed in the back had to wait until she came back just to get more water. Over 15 minutes. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the check. The food there if you call it food is so gross. I and other people ordered the Taco's cause it's taco Tuesday. I sent mine back it looked like dog food. It's wasnt hamburger meat.. I was told that everything come prepackaged now and they just heat it up and serve. It on the border food has gone down hill ever since they were bought out. They were always crowed but since the food changed and prices went sky high for dog food hardly anyone goes there. There needs to be a O on the rating score . If you want good Mexican food go somewhere else

We ate at our local On the Border restaurant in Va. I want to say that it's been one of our favorite places here in town. We eat here a lot. Tonight we treated my aunt and uncle to dinner. Waitress was great. We paid our bill and walked out to say our goodbye's. While standing outside for 5-10 minutes the manager comes outside and asked if we paid our bill. We said absolutely and he kept on going about it. My wife asked him why he was accusing us because we're frequent customer's. We told him to go ask our waitress. He literally started walking towards us in an aggressive manner. We just spent $86 for dinner and were accused of not paying our bill. We will NEVER go back after he embarrassed us in front of the restaurant. OTB you just lost a great quality family of customer's. There's way too many good places to eat around here to be treated like that. Your loss.

On the Border located in Desoto, TX at Interstate 35 and Pleasant Run was the most despicable and filthy restaurant I have ever seen the Hostess was extremely rude and not helpful we were directed to the bar area once at the top of the ramp we were met by every dirty dish stacked at the end of the bar there was no way to sit there and eat it was a very disappointing visit for a dining experience I love my community but the service and facility was unacceptable.

We went to Algonquin, Illinois location for dinner lastnite. As we approached the door last evening I could hear the fire alarm panel beeping. It was annoying. We went in and hostess stated that it had been beeping for hours. We sat at the bar and asked bartender if I could help someone silence the panel. We were informed that they had lost the key to open up the panel. Unfortunately this night I didn't have my keys with me, because I am an electrician and have a key. You could hear this beeping through out the whole restaurant.

We were in the restaurant and we ordered the queso and chips. Our server suggested for $1 more you can get free queso and chips for a year-it was the new Queso Club. She told us you did not have to purchase anything and could come in every day to get the free queso or you could do take out. We paid our additional dollar and joined the club. The club worked well for a few months, we would go to take out area and get the free product with no problems. They now changed the program to $10 minimum order. The clerk told me this is because so many people were getting just the queso and chips and they were loosing money. This may be true, but it really isnt my problem and not what I signed up for. I have written to customer service twice and have no response from them. I have now written to the ceo but am not very confidant I will hear from him, either.

I wish I could give this corporation no stars!!!this is what you pay $20 + for ! If you all don’t make shrimp quesadillas that’s all you had to say ! I am going to make sure no one else has to deal with foolishness like this . This happened at the college station location . Just pure foolishness!

I went to this restaurant because my granddaughter school was doing a Cheerleading fund raiser. I had to wait a long time to order my food. After getting my food I went to eat it the bread was hard as a rock so I did not eat it. I paid my bill with my credit card went back to my table put the receipt my credit card and the ink pen on the table.Shortly after I left I realized that I left my credit card I wasn’t even half way home. I pulled over to call the restaurant to ask if they found it. Well the young girl that answered the phone was so nonchalant about what I was saying. I told her that I was on my way back to check for my card. When I got there this manager name Virgil was so nasty. He was yelling at me saying I cleaned off the table and there was no credit card there but there was the receipt and the ink pen was on the table. I said well my credit card was with the receipt The way he was acting was making me wonder does he have my credit card. He never asked me for my name or number just in case they did find it. He just made them lose business with me and the school that was doing the fundraiser . Virgil does not need to be a manager with that nasty attitude. He handled the wrong way. He was very unprofessional. I canceled my credit card.and I will never go to this restaurant again. If this was the last restaurant on this earth and I was hungry I rather Starve to death

The Midland Tx, location is horrible! 45 minutes for a Togo order and a attitude to go with it! I originally placed my order by phone and was told 10 minutes. When I arrived at the store my order had not been placed, so I replaced it. I then waited 45 minutes for my order. I paid when I first got there leaving a 25% tip, but then waited 45 minutes for my food. I took my receipt back after waiting for my food so long. The bartender literally did nothing but pace the order and the manger packed it and then made me wait for tortilla. The hand battered shrimp taste like it was a few days old and the chips were so greasy I threw them away, the meat was tough and the tortilla were not fresh.

We are regulars at on the border in Addison. We have seen the changes that covid has done. But when you stand at the door for 10 to 15 minutes waiting to be seated. There is a problem, I have only seen between 2 to 4 waiters or waitress. The last time we were there just over a week ago, one woman manager was eating and talking to kitchen help. While people were lined up for take out orders, and waiting to be seated. She didn't care. I guess this is what on the border management expects to be the new normal. If so we will stop going to on the border after 14 years of going. The team waiting tables are terrific once you get seated. If this is what on the border wants customers to know post a sign or lock the door.
