We had to ask for someone to bring beverages every single time, and I'm talking water and Dr. Pepper, ask for to take order to be taken, ask, to cash us out, and then find out a service fee of 20% was added??? Where is our waitress I wonder? Oh she left are told. Can we talk to a manager? I can help you she says. And the help was to tell us that this is their policy. They don't have waiters, only bartenders. Got it. I'll be sure to pass the word.
I'm not sure the name of the manager tonight but they were horrible and unreasonable. It all started when we drove in from out of town to meet friends here. I went to the bar to order drinks for everyone. She stopped me mid order to leave the bar and check their IDs. One friend that clearly looks older than 35 was told she couldn't stay in a bar and grill in Texas without an ID. They informed me it was a Texas law, so she had to leave. First timer! This would be a great place to host a class reunion! Pool tables, darts. Sushi and American food; great combo. I’ll be back.
