The hotel was lovely!! It was clean very clean!! The VALETS AT OMNI ARE AWESOME!! NOREEQ H. WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL REALLY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US. MHIDZ THE CUSTOMER CLERK WAS ALSO A LOVELY PERSON VERY HELPFUL. LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN SOON.
Omni is conveniently located to many office buildings and had a lovely pool, with a walking trail beside the canal. I found the staff very helpful. Room decor were a little tired, but beds are extremely comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive.

Remodeled lobby..an improvement. Rooms still have same decor as 1998. They are excellent remembering specif customer needs, i.e feather free room. Remodeled fitness room has better equipment than years past, ALTHOUGH neither of the 2 THE precor recumbent bike touch screens did not work for quickstart.
