Out of the 4 items that I ordered, 2 were incorrect, and 1 of the items arrived quite late. The 1st item was an appetizer, which was completely incorrect from what I ordered. They did go back to make the order correctly, but the correct appetizer came out as my guest and I were finishing our meals. I ordered 4 of the same items as a go-to meal for my family. All 4 of the to-go items were made incorrectly. I did not find this out until I was halfway home. Note: I live in a different state. I understand that mistakes happen. But I remember clearly and multiple times telling and pointing to the item on the menus to ensure the accuracy of my order. The first person I spoke to on the phone refused any wrongdoing, then I spoke to the manager. She said that the only way she could refund my order was if I came back to the restaurant. At this point, when I called, I was several hundred miles away from the restaurant. I paid with a debit card. I'm sure they still had the transaction on file. It's a POS system, and they keep this information. She offered that if and when I came back to Texas to come into the restaurant, she would give me the 4 correct items. This is a polite but unrealistic gesture. I live in Missouri, and if I did return to Texas in the next year, I'm not sure that I would want to return to this specific restaurant. It just was not a great experience. There were multiple large groups of people, and it seemed like that was the priority for the workers and not individuals in small groups.

I’ve been coming to Pho Empire for 6 years, but after my last two experiences, I’m never coming back. In October, I ordered the K2 and found mold on my tofu (see picture below). That should have been my sign to stop coming, but I gave them another chance. Today, I ordered the K2 again and found a bug in my food. I was so grossed out I couldn’t even take a picture—I just wanted it off my plate.
It’s really disappointing to see how much the quality and cleanliness have gone downhill. I don’t know why I came back after the mold incident. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be making this mistake again.

This restaurant the service was OK but the food was horrible. If I wanted plain rice, I would’ve cooked plain rice at my home instead that’s what I got instead of shrimp fried rice with a side of beef with beef. This is horrible. I’m glad I had a bag of shrimp in my freezer to add to the shrimp fried rice. I would never order anything from the restaurant restaurant again.

This was my first time visiting. I want to say I’m a “Pho”natic and have my favorite spots in the Metroplex I met there for a business lunch with a party at four. We ordered spring rolls and assumed they would bring enough for four people unfortunately the waitress placed and order for only one. We ordered a second and it came with only ine dipping cups of peanut sauce. Waitesss offered no extra plates and again only two containers of dipping sauces for four people. . The waitress needs help and needs to learn how to serve and assess the table and the needs of the table. It was clear she was inexperienced and made for an awkward spring roll eating experience between business clients. The pho was decent. The peanut sauce was not very good .

Update: They fixed the issue, apologized and comped. Mistakes happen and I'm glad they fixed it. I like the food here. Charged me for an item that I didn't order and I live 40 mins away so I couldn't even call to speak to anyone. But make sure y'all triple check when they ring y'all up.

Went here for a quick lunch with my sisters since we had read they were quick on the reviews. They were, in fact, quick with it. I immediately tried the broth without adding anything and it was meh. I felt as though I was eating noodles with chicken, and straight chicken broth. The pho was missing those spices that you usually get from the broth. Unfortunately, flavor fell flat all around.
We ordered some spring rolls as well, that were equally as disappointing. The Shrimp spring roll has Pork Ham?? Never heard of it. I decided to ask the waitress if they could possible give me the spring rolls without the Pork Ham, to which she said yes but we never got them. I was okay with that though because I tried the ones that did arrive and it wasn’t too good either. The rolls also came with a peanut sauce that wasn’t it.
The staff was super sweet and apologetic whenever I brought up the missing spring rolls. Again, the service was quick which is convenient for a quick bite but the quality of the food wasn’t quite what I expected.
