Sol Dias Ice Cream (Paleteria) is a cute little spot in a shopping center with lots of parking outside. This place is a delight with TONS of options, including a variety of chips, ice cream/popsicle flavors, candies, and desserts. The snacks are very yummy and the prices are good. The tres leches ice cream was incredible, and the elote en vaso was sweet, creamy, and delicious. A cantaloupe paleta was very juicy with a surprising lime flavor at the bottom. The mango paleta was finished so fast, and the churros with caramel on top were great. The ice cream is homemade and amazing; the Chocolate azteca was so rich, and La paleta de fresa was OMG, so good. The strawberry ice cream was really, really, really good. The service is very welcoming, and the lady was so helpful. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Highly recommended for all snacks, and people will be returning to try more things on the menu.
