I love potbelly food I have been on Addison location several times.
Today I got excited to see this in Irving but the service were very rude the employee ask me what size you want your sandwich I said I don't want side (I confused size with side) English is not my first language. She yelled at me and use her hands to tell me w h a t s I ze I got so mad she mucked me but any way I stay calm and take my food
She should learn how to treat people!!!!!!

I’m livid. What good is it to place a pick up order online just to be told oh someone stole it with no empathy given at all. Had to wait on a remake which was an inconvenience because they got walk in customers out the way first. Which put me over my lunch break

Been coming to this location for over a decade and love the consistent flavors of their sandwiches and soups.

Wreck is my personal favorite followed by the Mediterranean Melt. Their cookies are amazing too. You can buy bottles of their hot peppers, which adds a kick to their sandwiches.

Service has always been fast and efficient. Pricing is moderate. They get busy during lunch hours but the lines move pretty quick.

Will always be one of my all time favorite sandwich shops.

This shop makes some great sandwiches. We’ve been there about 6 times over the last several months and it’s always consistently good. The staff is very nice and it’s obvious they care about the product they put out. The sandwiches are very fresh and the hot peppers are the perfect topping. Absolutely love this place. Quick, delicious and always good. Keep up the great work!!

Horrible place. NEVER again will I visit this place. Manager on duty this afternoon was the worst. Rushed and bad service. my first time trying this place. Needs better training. Place we empty when visit and still empty after leaving. Small sandwiches for spending close to $30 waste of money would have got better sandwich from subway or next-door Jason's deli.
