visited this location with my children recently and was very disappointed with the service. The employee who assisted us—a tall, dark-skinned woman working the counter at the time. She was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for my sandwich to be corrected, her attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Additionally, her attire appeared inappropriate for a professional work environment. I’m not sure what Potbelly’s dress code policy is, but it did not seem in line with what I would expect, especially in front of families. Overall, the lack of professionalism made what should have been a simple lunch unpleasant. I hope management addresses this moving forward.

Very disappointed in this location, I ordered catering for group of 10. I never received my order. I was watching my order status online via the track my order. The order status never said canceled in fact it said my order was in progress. At the time I expected my delivery I called the store and the person stated my order was canceled because my card had declined. I never received a call, however I got the automatic email (which I was not monitoring my personal email). The person that answered stated they called and left a message on my phone. THEY DID NOT. Had they called I could have given my card details over the phone. Literally have 10 people waiting for lunch and they did not offer to make it in fact they told me how very busy they were. Customer Service SUCKS and THEY LIE! $156 my order status went from in progress to received.

Pretty disappointed. I ordered the turkey avocado for lunch to pick up. Sandwich was missing cheese and avocado, I asked for Chipotle lime sauce on the side and the sandwich was soaking wet in sauce and mayo that it leaked through the bag and got everywhere! It was like warm lettuce in sauce on soggy bread. So much sauce!

My sandwich was tough to chew.

Crazy busy today but all employees were so nice. The line was super long but they greeted everyone. I messed up on the time for my pickup bit they took care of me, I was an hour early 😳

They do not have a military discount, but during the shutdown down they still helped out.

The sandwiches were good but it would have been really nice to have some unprocessed meat. Some actual roast beef, roast turkey or something else that wasn't processed even if it was an extra cost. We had two sandwiches and for some reason they are quite bland. They need some flavored sauces or something to go on it to add a little kick. The ambiance has a retro feel and I love how they have in the bottle soft drinks like orange crush. It's great nostalgia.

Unfortunately I don’t believe I’ll be going to potbelly after a long time of enjoying their food. An avocado sticker fell out of my sandwich as I’m literally taking my last bite.

Don’t get me wrong the food is great, but it’s one and done at this point ;(

Simply the best service I have experienced of any fast food establishment ever! The kind woman who took my order, the kind gentleman who made my Southwest Avo Chicken Wrap, and Daisy were all incredibly kind and prioritized customer satisfaction. I am very sorry I could only remember Daisy's name but I cannot thank you all enough. I highly recommend coming here for a bite if you are in the mood for a sandwich.

Absolutely delicious and very affordable! One of my new favorite places.

FIRST time at a Potbelly, the in person service here was amazing, I ordered an avocado sandwich, and they literally pulled out an actual avocado and cut it right on the spot and put it on my sandwich :) Tons of fresh toppings, definitely give it a shot!

Came in at about 7:30 PM. The two young men working the counter were absolutely amazing. Very courteous. Very respectful. Not something you see much these days. Thank you.

The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing, it was my first time here and I was impressed with the great friendly environment.

I love potbelly food I have been on Addison location several times.
Today I got excited to see this in Irving but the service were very rude the employee ask me what size you want your sandwich I said I don't want side (I confused size with side) English is not my first language. She yelled at me and use her hands to tell me w h a t s I ze I got so mad she mucked me but any way I stay calm and take my food
She should learn how to treat people!!!!!!
