I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years. I’ve brought my family and several friends here because I’ve always enjoyed the food and service. However, I’ve had two issues over the years—both with the fried bananas. The second time, they were extremely greasy and burnt.

When I called to let the restaurant know, I was surprised and disappointed to be told that they would no longer serve me because I had made a second complaint. After years of being a supportive and consistent customer, I feel this was a very unreasonable and disappointing way to handle honest feedback.

It’s unfortunate to lose a longtime customer over something that could have easily been addressed with better customer service.

I got a giant pupusa in a pizza box and I couldn’t have been happier! This was amazing and the price was just right. I will definitely be back!

Best pupusas in Irving. They are huge, like a size of a pizza. Love this place.

Great salvadorean food serve at this restaurant. Be patient when you order since food is prepared as you order and it takes sometime. Great service from waiter, I believe her name was Rina. Thank you!

Best pupusa I’ve had in Dallas hands down!! Definitely call ahead because they are making everything to order, so it’s super fresh! The big pupusa is quite large - keep that in mind when ordering. Also it was difficult to find a good picture of the menu online so will add one here!

I picked up a giant pupusa to go it was a bit dry but I expected that since it's giant and a novelty. Great tasting pupusas and carne asada tacos, would come back.
