The environment was typical bar style. We really enjoyed ourselves until the karaoke started, then we couldn't hear ourselves think, kind of ruined the evening. The brisket skillet was good, just needed a little less bbq. The meatloaf my friend got looked incredible. The murals in the bathroom were absolutely hilarious 😂 and probably the best part of the night.

Exceptional service from Brennen, the manager at Reservoir! We had an issue with our food order, but Brennen handled it with ease and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to accommodate us were truly impressive. He turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one, and we're so grateful for his excellent customer service skills. If you're lucky enough to have Brennen take care of you, you'll be in good hands!

My husband and I, along with two other couples, stopped by Reservoir at the Toyota Music Factory.

Our husbands went to the bar to order while the rest of us found a table. A few minutes later, a bouncer approached us and said we needed to leave because he had been told one of the husbands made an inappropriate comment to the bartender, Yara. When we asked what was said, the bouncer admitted he didn’t personally hear the comment and was simply acting on what he had been told. He was respectful and seemed uncomfortable having to ask us to leave.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that the bouncer told us we would not be charged for our drinks since we were being asked to leave before we had the opportunity to enjoy them. However, as we were leaving, we discovered that our card had already been charged.

If there truly was an issue, it should have been handled with better communication and consistency. Being told we wouldn’t be charged, only to find out we were, left a very bad impression. We came in expecting to have a good time but instead left confused, embarrassed, and disappointed.

I hope management reviews this incident, including the communication between staff, so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

I order a beer and it cost 7.58 which is ridiculous high. The vibes is good. People are friendly. The seating at the bar is uncomfortable. Can't sit for too long. Please replace the seats at the bar. They do charge 20% gratuity.

We were so disappointed with the dining experience and poor quality of the food. While our waitress was nice, the kitchen clearly had an issue. Wings sent to the table that had not been prepped before cooking. Large fried feathers on the wings. Yuck! We didn't finish our meal so we got boxes. We hate to waste food but we threw the left overs away. They were that bad.

A bit expensive but the atmosphere makes up for it! Came out for Talent Quest Competition and karaoke with DJ Sox. Big tables and lots of standing room. Super fun place to hang out and listen to good music with a cool crowd. Thank you Trina Marie for the amazing service!

Nice spot for dinner and drinks

I ordered 5 drinks plus 1 water but the bartender pointed me towards a jug or a silver thing.. anyway, cool you’re right I can get my own water! Walked around the bar.. NO CUPS! I got ignored left and right by all bartenders. They only catered to the ones yelling at them.

We recently hosted a company event here and had such a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and organized, which made the entire event run smoothly and stress-free. They handled our group so well and made everyone feel taken care of the entire time.

The food and drinks were excellent — everything came out fresh, flavorful, and high quality. You can really tell they take pride in both their service and what they serve. Our team had nothing but positive things to say afterward.

If you’re looking for a place to host an event, grab dinner, or enjoy great cocktails in a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a seat at the back bar by the roll up gate. Waited 15 minutes for the tall skinny dude with the hat behind the bar to even acknowledge I was there. He was too busy obsessing over people “opening or closing their tabs” to actually make any drinks. Went over to Yardhouse and got served immediately. YIKES!!!!!
