GLOVES i love that they offer them! Very welcoming helpful staff. I enjoyed the crawfish pepper jack soup. Lots of variety to choose from on the bar. I like that they don't have premium items like other places where they might charge more for seafood or avocado. Whatever you put in your bowl is what is weighed on the scale. No hidden costs. Now I agree with another reviewer that commented some items seemed quite fresh and others not so much and also this can get pricey...

Let me put out the clarion call for my fellow gym bros: This is the only salad spot in dfw, that I'm aware of, that ensure you can hit your macros and micros at the same lick. Its build your own by weight so you can nail your protein. Shrimp, chicken (multiple versions of both), boiled eggs, etc. Stack as needed. Also has rice and quinoa to carb reload. Greens and veggies for those micros.

The food at Salad Station is fresh & so beautiful. I didn't stay & eat this time but I have had lunch there with friends & it's has a clean, bright look that's inviting. The service I received was great! This is a reasonable place to get a quick, healthy salad. I highly recommend for a great salad.
