They left a tub of turkey on their counter for at least 45 minutes, with dirty ceiling vents blowing onto it. Disgusting. Look at the time stamps on these pictures. Schlotzsky's headquarters and the Health Dept. need to investigate this location. Waited 20 minutes for cold potato soup and undercooked pizza. Soda machines were out of Dr. Pepper & root beer, and two of the three people working there don't speak English so they couldn't understand that the soup was cold. The one person who spoke English, a young girl, said the credit card machine "may not be working". Schlotzsky's headquarters needs to do some serious Quality Control on this store and if this store is any indication of how this restaurant chain has degraded, I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague -- unless you want to catch the plague. Dirty and disgusting and health standards are being completely ignored here.

This is literally one of the worst fast food restaurants locations by far only because they literally NEVER get orders right. We ordered a chicken sandwich, got roast beef. Ordered a salad with no meat, got a chicken caesar salad. Ordered two sandwiches one day, we only got one and the one we got was wrong. Just now we ordered a meal with a sweet tea, they handed us a soda, we handed it back and requested a sweet tea and then they gave us an unsweet tea. They’re literally so incapable of getting a single order right.Food quality is good but dang do they really not know what they’re doing otherwise.

The chicken bacon smoke cheese is always a great sandwich to have. Highly recommend to try if you haven't already, for a $25 sandwich it could have been made the old fashioned way with the lettuce and tomato and purple onions instead of asking for it every-time and to be sliced completely. Great customer service!

Ordered tomato basil soup that showed it should have been served with a scone. It came with crackers that were VERY stale and they ruined the whole soup. Yuck!!!
My food was hot, was prepared quickly, had the sauce I wanted, and kept me full like a proper dinner. I had a calzone, a cinnamon roll soda and brought home the chips I got through an app promotion. I like the black pepper chips, but that bag had expired a month prior. I'm not worried about their cooked-on-site food having any problems though.The calzone was quite different compared to a pizza joint's or a supermarket's calzone. Not worse, just... Not the same consistency you'd expect from "folded pizza."

A bit pricier than some fast food but worth giving it a try. I used the app with a code CHCKYO1826 and got a free drink and chips with my sandwich purchase. It took about 10 minutes for my sandwich because they make them to order, so I was able to get exactly what I wanted on it with nothing I didn’t want.

I ordered the #3 medium turkey bacon, it was super loaded with mayonnaise ??, forgot my bacon & pickle, and the loaded potato soup was runny, and no bacon on the the soup like the other stores.
