We placed a very large order for delivery. Our dasher Luis delivered the order to a completely incorrect address and would not answer any of our calls or texts. I’m sure the dasher saw the opportunity to steal $200 worth of food. We contacted door dash and they had the order remade. The store manager did an amazing job helping to rectify the situation as that was no fault of his own at all, remaking our order. Amazing customer service provided by the store manager and kudos to the team for fulfilling our order so fast.

Can't complain about the food but I don't understand why they have Hours of Operation...if they do not follow them... i went to order some food at 7:35 (Saturday it says closes at 9) and all the lights were off... this is the 3rd time this has happened... ANNOYING

My only problem is the price board when you order. It jumps from the price you expect to a different price 2- 3 Dollars higher. I have been charged both prices !Not Happy !

Ordered the small Pastrami Reuben. Very disappointed with sandwich. Very little meat, cheese and sauerkraut. Supposed to have 1000 Island dressing. Did not taste very good. Sandwich did not measure up to other Schlotzsky locations!
A great place to get a quick bite to eat. I definitely recommend trying “The Original” on the menu, it’s delicious & only $6.79 with chips & a drink!!!

Schlotzsky’s is truly underrated. I usually have their pizzas and flatbreads. This time I decided to try the sandwich on a jalapeño bun. Wow. This may very well be my new favorite. The staff and management at this particular location is outstanding. They are super friendly and they keep the restaurant spic and span clean. Funny name. Great sandwich.

I ordered a sandwich and a cinnabon you wouldn't think there was much about that you can mess up the sandwich was fine I open the cinnabon it was half a cinnabon look like someone had been eating it. You can't trust any of these to turn out when you're ordering from GrubHub or doordash
