Sadly I had the same issue someone previously posted in a review where I called to place an order and the gentleman that answered the phone laughed at me when I told them my name. No clue what his deal was but I will not be back again.

The lady in the front was rude and gave me a dirty look because I was in gym gear. I was told to call so I did. I called and the guy on the phone laughed at me and asked me how to spell Jose. Lost my business. No business should ever make a customer feel stupid. I will give the food 5 stars because it’s good but the customer service lost me. 😭

Big taco guy here… I’m serious, their steak tacos might literally be the best I’ve ever had. Ask for extra of the white sauce they give.. amazing!! And the price.. wow. Best deal in town

Who would have thought an Italian Restaurant would serve tacos out their side door (pickup/delivery only)? Well, Lamberti's Ristorante and Wine Bar does, but it's called Side Door Taco. I decided to try, after my haircut, to take some tacos back for lunch. Ordered off their website which was very easy and it gave me an estimated time it would be ready. The pickup instructions were included in the text. Just park on the north side of the restaurant in the designated lane for Side Door Taco and call the number on the sign saying you have arrived. There's only one sign here, I found out, and designated lane 8. They deliver to your vehicle. Estimated time for pickup was at 11:55 am and I got everything by 12:10 pm. Not bad. I ordered the Taco Trio where you pick what tacos you want ($7 for all three). Flour tortillas cost 30 cents more for the order. Also went for the chips and salsa for $2.50. Did not disappoint! Salsa was warm and had great flavor with that roasted char flavor I like and garlic. Great street tacos. Came with three different sauces in small containers with plenty of cilantro, three small wedges of real juicy limes, diced white onion and marinated onions. Lots of meat! I really liked the salsa that came with the chips, so I applied that to the tacos. Great flavors! Can't wait to revisit and get some of their other items. Highly recommend!

For the price and later service than most places in Los Colinas I really recommend grabbing tacos here, the place is located at literally the black side door to the lambardi restaurant and you just call them when you’re there. 10 tacos for $22 not including tax is a deal with how generous they are with serving sizes fillin the tacos. I don’t write reviews but this place deserves one

6/10. Very uncomfortable experience. Tacos were delicious, but when ordering on the phone, we weren't informed of the ghost kitchen status and that this is technically located in an Italian restaurant and you need to call when parking to have your food brought out to your car. They have a side door with Side Door Taco that makes it seem like an entrance, and I kind of got talked down to for trying to walk in that "service entrance" would recommend bc of the stellar food but make sure you give them your name and call when parking. Also, make sure you ask for specific sauces you want.

David was a great help. Didn't know the location to pick up so I called. David came out and helped. Unfortunately my order didn't go through but he took it and was prepared within a timely manner. Ordered the sampler with a frozen drink. Tacos were GREAT!! Meat was so tender and juicy. I will definitely be back. Again thank you David for your outstanding customer service

Pretty sweet hidden gem, literally hidden. After realizing it was in lamberti’s Italian restaurant, tried to walk in but no door. Just takeout. That’s coo. As I looked up the online menu, server came to ask if we had any questions and was nice and gave suggestions. Really loved the pastor and chicken fajita. Chips and Queso were pretty good too. As I took my first bite, I was immediately transported to Mexico City. But, my passport is expired so now I’m stuck in Mexico. 5 stars.
