I placed an online order through the app (7/17) on my way to work. When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, I was informed by Charles that the grill was not working. I asked if he could cancel the order. He instead offered for the inconvenience that he would honor my order if I would like to come back tomorrow morning. I agreed and left. The next day (7/18), I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker. I informed the employee about the incident that happened yesterday, and it was Charles...

Service was very prompt, courteous, and friendly. It was odd that there was no outside service, just an inside dining room. The food came out quickly and done correctly! The payments system NEEDS updated (I had to swipe my chip card). All of the employees that I came into contact with were very nice! Overall, nice experience and I'll be back!

Parking: Don't expect to pull up and order from your car. The don't have drive up stalls.
