I love this location. The staff is always on top of things. They connect with their customers. I consistently experience unreasonable hospitality. Today I walked in and they were pretty busy with drive thru orders. John saw me and immediately had my drink in line before I even ordered.

I love Starbucks, but today I was very disappointed. I ordered a white chocolate mocha hot and they either gave me the wrong one or whoever made it doesn't know how to make it. It's a shame when you expect something and get something else, and that you don't have time to go back to have them remake it.

Not much to say other than it's a good, if very busy, location.***BELOW IS SUPER IMPORTANT! DO NOT IGNORE OR ELSE!!***Remember that the drive thru line DOES NOT wrap around the building, but instead across the driveway on the mall side.
