Store opens up at 8:30. I walk up at 8:20 notice they werent opened sat in my car till 8:34. I walk up the door is still off. Short hispanic lady is just watching me through the window not unlocking the door when they were supposed to be open minutes ago. This is my second encounter with the same employee. She was extremely rude the last time made my sandwich a mess. Its super unprofessional to watch a customer through the window when your suppose to be open minutes ago. Never returning its starting to give racist. Dont work mornings if you cant open on time.

Placed order online. Showed up at 8:30 to pick it up and the store was locked up??? Had to wait for the guy to come unlock it. He didn’t really let us in at first because he stood in the door and asked if we had online order.
Our order was wrong as well. For starters, we ordered Italian herbs for the bread and received something over toasted with jalapenos. My husband hates jalapeños and ended up just not eating his bread. Our sandwiches are missing toppings as well. How do you mess up a sandwich that bad???

Worst Subway you will find!!! They had 1 guy on his third day on a Sunday evening making sandwiches. Took 1 hour after we arrived to get our sandwiches we pre ordered. No cheese in any of our 5 sandwiches, bread was stale, no mayo, no peppers, and 1 thin slice of meat?!?! TERRIBLE , HORRIBLE, need to close their doors ASAP
The longest time I ever had to wait. I am a restaurant owner so, I understand that sometimes you leave an employee alone, but, not the slowest most social one. Be courteous and polite yet move with a purpose. No complaints from the staff about going home. Not cool. Perhaps don't leave him alone.

Got my order wrong on multiple levels, not only did I not receive half of my order the half I did receive was wrong and who the heck adds two slices of meat to a sandwich? And phones not even active, immediately gives you a message saying that the voicemail hasn't been set up so good luck calling the store. I've called at different times during the day/night and I am still waiting for corporate to reach back out. I had no idea subway was ran this poorly in general. Absolutely the last time I choose subway for a sub.

Terrible service! There was no one at the counter and I had to wait and to be served and the person who served me was on his phone and came with a bad attitude when I asked him for a sandwich and preparing the bread in a bad temper they should grab someone who they really wanted work not bitter frustrated people who make customers leave! That's what they pay them for, they're not free nor do you get to ask, ok, we're going to buy, it's better not to buy, she'll eat everything until I'm hungry, and yesterday I came to buy and the people who served me were friendly, not like that woman.

Ghetto, didn't get most of my order I reached out to subway customer service and got an apology via email and was told they will try to make sure future services are better? Where's my money? Or how about the rest of my order? Like really I'm sorry and look forward to your next visit is the heat they can do? I tried to contact the store as well phones are down so I went into the store and apparently there's never a manager available I've tried during the day and night I ended up having to contact my bank to issue a refund the service is horrible at this location and after receiving that email from subway I'm going to say in a whole is terrible. Go to Jersey mikes at least they can make something as simple as a sub.

This place is continually horrible. They are always out of ingredients, they do not do online orders until you show up, they are always out of fresh brewed tea, the workers are slow, the restaurant is always dirty, the men’s bathroom door doesn’t latch or lock, they are out of half of the cookies. This will be my last time coming to this location.

Around 8 pm, they are always out of meat, and this is a consistent problem every day. They blame the morning shift manager and staff… Don't bother complaining because they will just laugh at you.

Came in 09/23/24, and heard a lady complaining while I was enjoying my sub. She was rude with the staff, but they kept a positive professional attitude. The store was clean and my sub was awesome per usual.

When i walk in to any subway I expect to get in and out in less than 10 mins. The new kids working in this location don’t care about their job whatsoever.
Don’t joke around with your customer when there’s more than 5 other people waiting in queue. Worst location ever. I walked out and will never return to this location ever.

I went in on 09/23/2024 around 7pm and the service was terrible. The two women that were attending people were really slow and kept talking to each other. The one woman with glasses that had piercing helped me and everything was okay until I was about to pay. I clearly told her that I will be paying in cash and card and she said “okay whenever you are ready” but the amount did not change from the total and she proceeded to leave to the back and she left me waiting there for about 3 minutes until she came back and I told her told her for the second time that I will be paying x amount in my card and the rest cash. She then said “okay” and whenever I put my Apple Pay, all of it went through. I seriously told her twice and clearly that I would be paying both cash and card. Terrible service and to add to that, I went in the subway at around 7:00 pm and it took them 45 minutes for them to take my order and there wasn’t a lot of people. Probably like 4-5. If it takes them like 20 minutes to take your order just leave tbh go somewhere else.
