I ordered nacho chicken sandwich but they gave me pepperoni and ham sandwich

I placed a order on the app before my lunch break. I put the correct work address. 2700 Esters Blvd. And when the Dasher was delivering he had 2700 Esters Rd. Which was somewhere totally different. Anyway it was already my lunch break when he text and I realized he was at the wrong place. I didn't want him to make another trip so I just told him to keep the sandwich. I keep calling this place and No one answers. I was hoping to get a refund but based on some of these reviews there is no point in wasting my time.

I walked in with a smile on my face. I was met with the rudest and nastiest attitude when I walked through the door. I placed a pickup order and even decided to add a tip a head of time. I will not add a tip a head of time anymore and I refuse to order from this location. That middle aged Hispanic woman acted absolutely ridiculous toward me. My order was never put together because as the subway artist stated “ I arrived too earlier and will have to wait 15 minutes even though there is only one person in line a head of me”and she was checking that customer out.

Then she skipped over me and proceeded to take the customers order who were behind me.

That makes no sense at all.

Thank goodness the customer behind has some sense and told her to go ahead and take my order since I was already ahead of him. Next, he bolted out the door because he could see how horrible the service and atmosphere was. I know you don’t want to be there, but at least fake it.

I come to this often location as I work close by. Typically there is a girl with glasses and really pretty makeup that is here and helps. When I came last night she was doing an online order so she called someone from the back to come help me. The guy that came didn’t seem to want to be bothered nonetheless we all have bad days. No big deal.

I start eating and there is a hair in my food. I immediately called the store to speak to someone but didn’t get an answer. So I have to come out of my way today before work to resolve the issue. The girl that I talked to immediately told me I couldn’t get a refund and I should’ve brought the sandwich. I just don’t know anyone keeping a sandwich with hair in it for 19 hours. That’s unsanitary. I showed her pictures of the hair. And she said she would call her boss. She wanted to give me a $3 refund instead of a full refund.

Just off of principle it should have been a full refund and at least a sorry. There was no responsibility taken on behalf of the restaurant at all.

I hate making bad reviews so I always try to fix things with the establishment first. She said she doesn’t know how to reach anyone above her and leaving a review and feedback is the only way for a manager to acknowledge what happened. So here is my review and I will be leaving pictures.

For reference I am I black woman. I do not have long straight hair. I literally have an Afro.

Well this subway is like most clean but when it comes to subway making very por job. Let me explain, so you know when you cut open a loaf of bread from the middle you will have 2 sides.... Well for these 2 workers here they think they're the right way to make a sub is putting everything in the middle where both sides meet. So as you would assume all the meat in the middle... all the veggies on top of the meat in the middle... all the sauces and spices on top of the veggies... THEN... when you close the sub it just doesn't close right plus it doesn't taste right....PLUS it makes a big mess... why doesn't it make a big mess plus doesn't taste right? Let me explain. OK it makes a mess because all the sauce is on the top. So when you close the sub all the sauce goes to the top when you eat it... there for it makes a mess.... why doesn't it taste right? WELL if you listened to how they make it you will understand. But if you need help let me explain why. You have all the meat on the bottom... you have all the veggies in the middle... you have all the sauce and spices on top. It's not spread evenly on both sides... LIKE A SUB IS SUPPOSED TO BE MADE!!!! Look everyone this MORE MONEY.... Why should I ever come back here? why should I recommend people to go here... in fact I shouldn't recommend people and should tell people to avoid going to this subway. Because they don't know how to make subs here. It's very disappointing when you spend all that money for food and they don't even know know how to make the food properly... anyways I was very disappointed yesterday. Food was 1 star for the taste and how it made a mess all over the place. I ordered on 07/06/25 around 2pm, f.y.i. management it was 2 female workers one middle aged and one in her 20s it looked like both African-Americans. I know it's hard to find good help now and days but business is business got to get right before you lose more numbers. Customers = $$$... $$$ is how you stay on business... with no $$$ you don't have a business. Business 101... thank you and have a blessed day and one world one people let's start acting like it.

Online states store opens at 830am - It’s 850am and The Lady at the Register has the Door Lock and didn’t even bother to come to the door to acknowledge me - I’m a Corporate Manager for a Large company at the Airport and wanted to place a Large Order for today and tomorrow. This Store really missed out on some money. I will take this store off are list of local Lunch orders. Poor Customer Services.

Least amount of meat i've ever received on a foot-long steak and cheese. Everything else was typical, and it was just a little dirty. Not terrible. It just seemed like they hadn't cleaned in a while.

Worst service I think I’ve received in a very long time. Walked in. No one was there just me. One team member. I had a large order. Five 6-inch subs. I waited in line while she made a to go order. She never said hello. When she began my order, she started making another sandwich with bacon. And I explained I don’t have a sandwich with bacon. And she said I’m making another to go order. So I sat and waited for that. Then she comes back to me and begins making my sandwiches. She stopped again to check somebody out that was picking up it to go order. And then it should begin my third sandwich. She told me they were out of turkey. And I said how is that possible? It’s only 11:15 am. And she explained she would have to cut some more. And I told her I would wait. And then she began fixing bread. And the entire time there was someone in the back talking on the phone or to another team member and so I asked the young lady who’s in the back. And she said the manager and I said go get her. When the manager came out, I explained that I’ve been there for almost 20 minutes and she needed to help this young lady. The manager argued with me and told me that she’s counting an order that came in. And that that was more important than customers. And I asked her did she learn anything at corporate when she became a manager? She turned around and walked back in the back and never came back to help. I felt sorry for the young lady working all by herself. After over 30 minutes I finally got my sandwiches.

I went in on April 3rd around 2 and the little girl that was behind the counter was immediately rude when I walked in and got my order wrong. Then my sister ordered and the girl put some random meat and cheese on the sandwich and toasted it without even asking my sister what she wanted then was rude when we told her it was wrong.

Every time i go here, there is always something wrong at this location, out of bread, out of meatballs, out of roast beef..... had them tell me they can only take cash.. the few times they had what I wanted, the sandwich was made very poorly, and I'm now to the point of just avoiding this location.. I feel bad leaving a negative review, but I hope they can get better for future customers.
