They are slowest personnel and they agregue among them self as employees it taken about 20 min to order. This wrost resturant they need more help at least 3 people

The staff is always understaffed at lunch hour. I ordered on line to pick up. It told me it will be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store and still had to wait another 20 minutes because they had not made my order.

It took an excruciating 20 minutes to order a sandwich here because no one speaks English. I was the sole customer, so the store wasn’t particularly busy, but the lack of communication made it feel like an eternity. To add insult to injury, four women were standing back there chattering in Spanish, completely ignoring the only customer they had. The atmosphere was utterly dreadful. On top of that, they overcharged me by $5.00. Since I couldn’t communicate with them, there was no way to rectify the situation. In my opinion, it’s best to steer clear of this place and head to Jersey Mikes instead.

I called at 8:00 PM and was told they were open. When I arrived at 8:20 PM, the place was already closed — and this was on a Monday. Their online hours say they’re open until 9 PM. Very disappointing.

Ordered food from here twice , back to back
Thursday October 30th and Friday October 30th
Thursday they forgot to give my door dasher my drink .
Friday they made my sandwich wrong and gave me the wrong cookies , not only were they the wrong cookies but they were old tasting and hard , I didn’t even eat it , took two bites and threw them away .
Y’all need to do better .

Terrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered a protein bowl expecting the same amount of protein as a footlong sub, but the staff refused to provide the correct portion. Despite my request to add more protein, the employee was unaccommodating and gave me attitude. The claim that their location doesn't follow standard Subway practices seems unlikely, and the service was unprofessional. The employee's smirking and facial expressions made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. Maybe it's time for this franchise to review their staff's behavior and consider some changes.

Ordered 3 online sandwiches and paid ahead. arrived at 3:30 pm on 1/13/24 and was informed they couldn't make sandwiches because they didn't have bread. They didn't have bread!!!! How can you have a subway with no bread? The lady said it didn't get made when they came in. Sorry excuse for a restaurant. How do you work in a subway and know the bread isn't made? Was told by the employee I would receive a refund. We shall see.
1/17/25 Still no refund and no one answers the phone at this store.
1/30/25 I suggest not using this subway. still have not received my refund. no answer when I call.

This location has the opportunity to be great, however, not with the woman who I presume is the manager in charge. Myself and 4 of my coworkers went in around 11:45 am and waited about 10 minutes until we were told they were out of bread. They said it would only be about 5 minutes so we decided to wait. The woman working kept making snide remarks under her breath but we ignored it. Another 5 minutes goes by and the same woman tells us we were crazy for waiting because it would be another 20 minutes. We said we'd wait and at that point were essentially told to leave because they were out of bread. Our group of 5 and then 2 other individuals then left. Subway lost 7 customers in a matter of minutes due to the lack of awareness that a Subway located in a busy business park like this should plan to have bread ready during the lunch rush. This is not the first review I've seen about bread not being ready. Please consider bringing in another manager who cares about the success of this location, because the current one does not and it shows greatly. We wont be going back.
