I bought a footlong as an online order, didn't even get half of what I ordered. Wasn't even sliced properly. The employee doesn't speak English and didn't understand when I said Im here for a pick-up. He was also watching something from his phone the entire time. Find a better Subway!

Walk in to order a sandwich a the lady just stands there staring at me. No greeting. I ask if I can order and she barely speaks English. Never have I seen a sandwich made so poorly. This was a terrible experience. Never again at this location. Yikes...

Terrible location. Workers (one going by LOLO) stood there talking to eachother for minutes before helping me. They didn’t know what Italian bread was and were very confused on how to make an American club. Also refused to give me 2 types of cheese on one sandwich when Iv never had that issue at any subway ever. The syrup on multiple drinks was completely out as well. And the “sweet” tea had zero sugar in it. Terrible location. Terrible employees. Highly recommend going somewhere else than this location.

I walked in and was barely greeted, just looked at. It was extremely hot in the store. As I patiently waited they ignored me and continued to work on mobile orders while having discussions with each other. It was so bad i literally sat there for 5 min just to see if they would at least say one minute sir I’ll be right with you, nothing was said. I immediately walked out and didn’t even eat.

I've never been to this subway. When I pulled into the lot, there were a lot of people sitting there just chilling. I pulled close to the Subway area and waited. We had done an online order due to the special they had going on. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up in the store. Then I waited another 5 minutes before our food was brought. The food was good.

I asked for a foot long - tried to give me a 6 inch - I asked for it to NOT be toasted - toasted it so had to have it remade - then after ALL that the lady put it on the wrong bread!!!! Worst experience EVER! I haven’t had Subway in years because of this exact reason, but I wanted to give them another try… welll looks like that was a big mistake! I won’t be back. Save your money and time.

The most pathetic sandwich I've ordered in years. This is not necessarily an indictment on this location, given that I haven't ordered from Subway in years, but I feel a $13 sandwich should have more than an ounce of protein and a healthy amount of toppings. Pathetic.

Sandwiches were made with incorrect ingredients and very sloppily thrown together so they were a smashed gross mess upon arrival. The pretzel was smashed. They sent the wrong chips. The drink was missing. The cookie was undercooked and gross.
