Stopped for lunch. I was a bit of in a hurry. Ms. Sheila was fast and polite. Great service.

The lady that works there yells at you and is very rude she needs to be replaced or get another job. They guy is very nice and patient, she also talks about you and snarl her nose.

The food was good. The gentleman that helped us was very nice, but it appears he needed more training (seemed like he was hired and put behind the counter with minimal training) it The location was clean.

One of my least favorite subway experiences...Firstly, as I entered, the gentleman was talking on his phone nonstop and had just been creating chatter not picking my order up right. Had to remind him to toast with the teriyaki chicken which he was forgetting. Also, being near the airport and having a diverse clientele, I'm highly disappointed this location doesn't serve the veggie patty or the omelette. They really should, considering there's a lot of immigrants who have dietary restrictions...Not over the top terrible but this place could do a lot better.

The staff that be there is never in the store always in his car. I always order on the app and when I get to the store the staff just be making my food and I be on my lunch break

The store hours and sign say open with the lights on. However, the door is locked and no one is inside at 7pm.

I placed my order online that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:45pmBut when I arrived there was a note on the door saying that they are on a lunch break. I've been here over an hour and no one is in the restaurant..

I went here last year and it was a good Subway. It's one of the only places to eat that you can walk to from the hotels nearby. But I tried to go here today and yesterday and both times the door was locked. The first time it had a sign saying "On break, be back in 30 minutes", but it didn't say what time they would be back, so I didn't know how long that sign was there. Was it there for 5 minutes? 45 minutes? I waited over a half and hour and no one came. The sign should have said what time they would be back. And then today I tried to come back again. This time the sign wasn't there, but it was still locked! If there are staffing issues, there should be a sign that says it's closed, or if they're on break, there should be a sign saying what exact time the store will open again, instead of making people assume it's open when it isn't and waiting outside in the cold for long periods of time like I did.Subway is one of my favorite places to eat, but this Subway is making it impossible to have some of my favorite food. I guess it must hate money then.I'm writing a bad review because I really want to see this changed, and go back to being a good Subway. It was a long walk for me from the hotel, and it just felt like a waste of time.

should have read the reviews before going to this subway. I ordered veggie sandwiches with avacados paying extra money but there were no avacados.

Didn’t give us our entire order, locked door dasher out and turned off the lights, ignored multiple phone calls

Over a few years, I've picked up a lot of subs from this location. But twice in the last two weeks, I couldn't. The first time, I pulled up and the "sandwich artist" was sitting in his car telling everyone who came up that his computer system was down. On the last (and I do mean last) occasion I arrived 45 minutes before closing and he (same guy) was cleaning up for the day and told me he'd already "closed out". He told me I could come back in 15 minutes if I had cash. Nah!
