“I came to this location to have dinner with my children and let me tell you the food and the service was absolutely amazing !! The gentlemen working here were great! Welcoming everyone that were coming and going they provided nothing but absolute GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 100 % recommend this location!“
“This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. 2-3 years ago it was horrible but recently maybe the last year it has been great. My food is always fresh and prepared perfectly and the staff is nice. It used to be complete opposite. I wonder if they got new management.“
“LAST SATURDAY, 10/11/25 AT APPROXIMATELY 6:20-:30, I RECEIVED SOME OF THE BEST SERVICE TO DATE FROM ELI, JOSHUA, EMMANUEL & CYNTHIA. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE BUSY THEY TOOK TIME TO MAKE THAT MY FOOD WAS PREPARED CORRECTLY, UNLIKE MY PREVIOUS VISIT BEFORE, WHICH HAD BEEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE. I USE TO GO IN EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS TO GRAB FOOD TO TAKE TO WORK, NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES; AS MENTIONED HAD A HORRIBLE FOOD EXPERIENCE & HADN'T GONE BACK DUE TO THAT. I HOPE THESE 4 INDIVIDUALS GET THE RESPECT & ACCOLADES THEY SO RICHLY DESERVE. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL, KIND, PATIENT & WORKED TOGETHER AS A UNIT IN ORDER TO GET WAITING PATRONS THEIR FOOD. THEY'RE AMAZING & SHOULD BE ACKNOWLEDGED FOR IT. TY ALL FOUR OF YOU SO MUCH 🌹🌹🌹🌹🫶.“
“The best Taco Bell I've visited in the metropplex. I first came to avoid the long wait, botched orders and disarray of the T.B. on MacArthur near Walnut Hill. I've used the drive thru here several times and was pleasantly surprised. The staff greet you by name, are very friendly and are genuinely helpful. My order was prepared in Chick-Fil-A time (very quickly) with no issues. The outstanding service here makes it well worth the effort to visit because they are heads above most other fast food restaurants and far better than the other T.B.s I've visited.“
“This is my go to lunch spot and I pass 2 other taco bells and a whole bunch of other food places to get here. My order is alway right, food is hot and order comes out fast when I go thru the drive thru or dine in. The customer service is good here too. The employees are always nice and the restaurant is always clean, even the bathrooms!“
“I stopped eating Taco Bell because the locations in my area are horrible and my order is always wrong or a sloppy mess but This location and the
employees deserve a raise for all of them and an award!
I’ve been 3 times in the past 1-2 week and always 10/10 I’ve never been this impressed
