ive been going too jordan johnsons location in irving here for about 2 yrs everytime i go there the employees are so rude cant take a small special order i asked the window person several times whats your name and their answer is i dont have too give you my name' i said its policy, so apprently their insacure and afraid about getting in trouble. talked too the owner (jordan johnson)several times and everytime hes just as rude as his employees has no customer service ethicd, so...read full review
