The process was totally customized from us providing our own cake stand, to the flavors & filling of each of the layers. I ordered an Italian Cream Cake for a family reunion/70th birthday and it was DEVINE! The sponge was so well balanced in flavor. The almond and coconut came through without being overpowering or too sweet. The cream cheese icing was rich, and paired perfectly with the sponge. It was decorated beautifully, and I highly recommend this bakery for specialty cakes!!!
