Been coming here for years, food is always great & consistent. Pretty fast service as well. HOWEVER, always having to ask to have the restroom unlocked is the worst experience possible at a GREASY food restaurant. I asked to have it unlocked ONLY to wash my greasy hands. I was told “someone has the key” & she simply resumed what she was doing. I stood there for 3-4 minutes w/ no help to try & locate the key. I left & now i am driving one handed bc of my greasy hands. DO NOT PUNISH ALL CUSTOMERS BC CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS COME OFF THE STREET TO USE THE RESTROOM ONLY. Paying customers should have access to an UNLOCKED restroom

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! We came in around 8:20ish to buy dinner and eat there but the girl from the front said we could not eat there since it was ALMOST CLOSING TIME! CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG BUT YALL CLOSE AT 9 RIGHT? MADE ME SO MAD! Whole 40 minutes and my family and I could not eat there? unbelievable…..

They are pretty stingy on foods, large fried rice is just like a small cup of rice, they don’t even want to give disposable plates on to go orders, smh.

Absolutely amazing! Every single time! I've been coming for 15 years and drove all the way from SANGER this time!! I keep moving further north but I keep coming back! Emma Leslie were super sweet and the kitchen staff was fast and fresh!! 100/100 recommended!!

My wife and I had a horrible experience tonight at this location. It originally started out asking a cashier to help me scan my rewards at the kiosk like I usually do when placing an order because this time there was an update on the kiosk. She didn’t want to assist, she stated that she’ll just take my order instead. I begin to place my order which started out with today’s (Friday) special but I requested no peas/carrots and to add Beef. The cashier immediately stated that they didn’t have any rice without vegetables. She didn’t offer to make any, so I asked how long would it take, she stated 20 minutes. I decided to not wait for the rice or place my full order that I originally came for because of this so I informed the cashier that was the only thing I wanted. She rung up my order but didn’t allow me to scan my points. While talking to my wife in the midst of things, I decided to add 2 more egg rolls. The cashier stated very sarcastically “so that would be 3 more egg rolls, I’m just making sure”. Well if she didn’t have AirPods in her ears, she would have heard me correctly. Once the order was complete, I still was not able to scan for my rewards and as my wife reaches her hand out for the receipt, the cashier literally THROWS the receipt at my wife! While a manager is standing right next to her! So of course now my wife is upset, she asked the manager to step in and he didn’t even care to intervene when she asked! So overall, horrible customer service, I did not get my original order that I wanted, I did not get the beef I requested, nor was I able to scan my points. Complete dissatisfaction! This is not the first time with this same cashier, however I’ve just let it slide in the past. The name on the receipt is Sara T
