They have the “Vegabond,” a fully vegan burger option on the menu. The patty was fully loaded with quinoa, rice, and beans. Just wish it had some cheeze. The burger came out in just a few minutes.

Pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic vegan burger option here in this TX airport. Not a Beyond Burger but rather a great homemade brown rice-quinoa-chickpea concoction with avocado and sriracha on a whole wheat bun. Delicious and fast friendly service. Had mine in under 5 minutes at 330pm on a Friday. Nice seating and atmosphere. #Veganuary

Got the happy pilgrim burger and it was delicious! Shenouda was very friendly and the prices were pretty reasonable for airport food.

Very disappointing, especially for $40. Got the Kevin Bacon (extra patty), cheese fries and soft drink for $39.86……WTF! The staff was friendly and they asked how I wanted the burger cooked, which really doesn’t matter cause it only comes well done. It should have alarmed me when it was ready before I found a seat. Would not recommend

Went here because I thought it couldn't be worse than McDonald's... I was wrong. I've had better burgers from a gas station. Service was quick. No to-go containers.

We had a late flight and needed dinner on our way home. We love the twisted root and so we wanted to stop in. Shenouda was super friendly and the food was fantastic! The atmosphere was fun. I would highly recommend

I had a 1 hour layover at DFW, and this place was close enough to my Gate. They sell all sorts of meat burgers but had one clearly vegan named item.
The wait time was about 15 minutes, something to keep in mind while at an Airport. The staff was friendly and the seating area had a nice aesthetic.
That being said, I took mine to go. The burger had many colors and different flavors. They worked really well together.
