2nd time being to one of these, this one was amazing value and really nice atmosphere would definitely recommend and awesome for a date night

We found this restaurant last year and absolutely loved it. We used to drive 35 minutes to eat there once or twice a month because it was worth it.
Unfortunately, that changed this past weekend. We saw a cockroach crawling on the wall right next to our table one of the customers next table killed it, a very kind staff member cleaned, apologized and informed our server. We immediately asked for the check. He gave us a 25% discount, which we hadn't even requested, but he never acknowledged what had happened or apologized. It was as if seeing a cockroach next to our table was no big deal.
It was very disappointing because we genuinely liked this place, but after this experience, we won't be coming back.

Very disappointed. It was not the atmosphere you would expect for a Brazilian steakhouse. It was small and has a Mexican restaurant feel father than a nice steakhouse vibe. The selection of meats were very minimal, and what I did get was 50% fat. Salad bar was even worse. Plus not to mention we were the only white folk there and were treated as so, not giving us equal serving attention as others. They paid far more attention, serving meats regularly to those speaking Spanish. I will not be returning. Management should make some adjustments with their staff and ensure all people, regardless of their color are treated equally since they are paying customers.

We attended this Father's Day i have two complaints, when I made reservations from the website it never stated anything about price increase on Father's day. Also when we arrived they never told us about the price increase in person, its not until you get the bill and get hit with it. Then they say they always do it on holidays. Second issue nobody is really telling the people waiting to be seated or going in to shut the door. So the whole time we're dining we're getting hit with hot air coming from outside. I had to ask someone twice to have them close the door also other patrons we saying something aswell. Staff wouldn't stay on it. Garland location is the best one

Update after last visit - all the steaks were full of gristle. Other items were good. Floor is way too slippery and the place is really noisy
****** Great service. The Buffett is a little smaller than other Brazilian steak houses but still really good sides. The cinnamon pineapple is great. Good lunch special.

Great service, lots of quality meat especially the beef, and solid salad bar with its own dessert options. At lunch, it is a steal! Dinner is a sweet deal, too.
