For an airport vendor, I didn’t really set any expectations. 5 stars! The gals serving between 4 and 6 pm on May 6 were great! The dessert was a wonderful surprise - absolutely delicious tuxedo cake!!?
As a Latina professional that travels more than four times a month, I have to say that this place is my favorite at DFW-Terminal A. It has everything you need for a relaxed and cozy wait/layover. Wine selection is outstanding, service is A-1, and the music is just perfect, a mix of latin, jazzy, bossa nova ambience. A must go! All servers are so nice: Nidia, Billy and Emmett, who is my favorite! He’s a definitely sommelier because he knows everything about the wines they offer....
I had one of the worst travel experiences as far as service from an airline goes. I kept getting delayed for several hours. Taylor kept checking on me, kept my glass full and laughed with me. I was there so long, I had lunch and dinner. I truly hat Dallas but I'd come back for her! Thanks for keeping me from crying!!
