I stopped here during my layover and had the brisket platter, double baked beans, and corn on the cob. I think I was very disappointed with my meal because I expected more from a $30 platter and because I was in Texas. I didn’t have the choice between moist or lean brisket and the smoked flavor was almost nonexistent. Thankfully, it was drowned with BBQ sauce. This is for the location at DFW. We love the actual restaurant. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because the food just wasn't as tasty as the actual restaurant. But we came in at an odd time, so that may have contributed to the results.
