La Madeleine is a great place to step out of the bustle of DFW. All French inspired Salad, Sandwiches, soup and quiches. The croque monsieur with pasta salad was really good . Baked and toasted on French bread. Buttery with smoked ham and Swiss cheese.
Well, very limited menu. No omelettes on the menu anymore. They didn’t have the tomato basil soup which is on the permanent menu. While I waited at least 4 people tried to get some and just left. Got potato soup. Tasted ok. They will not give you crackers or any kind of bread. You can’t even purchase a slice of bread or a baguette. My quiche was burned on top and cold on the bottom.
